This app may collect these data types App activity and App info and performance. Data is encrypted in transit. You can request that data be deleted. This app no longer works for me. I'm not really sure what happened but the problem started after my computer died and restarted and I think the app must have updated with the reboot. Ever since I have not been able to get into my company's apps to do any documentation at home, which is incredibly inconvenient and has been a big headache.
I talked to several different people in tech support at work and after troubleshooting they all said it must be an issue with the citrix app. Please fix!! It can take an inordinate amount of troubleshooting and luck to get it to connect and actually run programs, yet when it finally opens it is very difficult to get it to respond to commands on anything other than a desktop computer. Something that should take two seconds or less, such as selecting an option on the screen, can easily take 5 minutes or more.
It is an excellent idea in theory, but very time consuming and overly demanding in its specifications for use in practice. The app is pretty decent. However, When I have the window fully maximized, I accidentally close the window all the time, as I always mix up the 'X' in the top right corner with an app within a Citrix Windows environment. Not sure if this is a Citrix app issue or the software that allows me to use Citrix to log in remotely. I used to be able to use this app just fine on my iPad. But what really drove this review was that, as of recent, it randomly logs me out multiple times throughout the day.
Can I avoid typing my user-id each time I log in to Raven? Why can I access some Raven-protected web sites but not others? Why can't I access some electronic journals and databases? Why do Raven-protected sites say 'Error - missing cookie'? Can I use Raven on a website that I run? What information might Raven disclose about me?
